Lighting design or lighting advice?
Are you seeking an elegant lighting design or expert lighting advice? At INTI, we offer exclusive solutions for all your lighting needs. Whether you require a completely new lighting plan or specific guidance to optimize your existing lighting, our team is at your service.
- Are the lighting points not yet determined? For new construction or large-scale renovation projects, we create a bespoke lighting design, optionally supported by a lighting study.
- Are the light points already set? For smaller renovations or modernizing existing lighting, we provide expert lighting advice to transform your space with fresh, optimized illumination.
Lighting design
In close consultation with the client and (interior) architect, INTI’s lighting designer creates a comprehensive lighting design in four carefully defined phases, including a quote tailored to your home, office, restaurant... For each phase, we employ a specialized team that ensures clear and transparent communication with all parties involved - such as your architect, installer, and contractor - throughout the entire project.
Preliminary design
In our experiential space, INTI's skilled lighting designer listens to the needs and desired atmosphere of your project. Based on the plans, photos and mood board, we discuss the look & feel and technical aspects that form the foundation for the preliminary design.
Design
Based on the approved preliminary design, we finalize the lighting plan with sketches and visualisations (2D & 3D). We present this together with the image sheets, the quotation for the fixtures, technical components and home automation.
Execution
The work progresses, and we prepare a comprehensive technical execution plan (installation documents, detailed drawings and labeling) for the contractor and installer. This ensures a flawless and smooth installation of the lighting.
Follow-up
Our team monitors the progress of the works on site. This is the only way we can guarantee that the final result corresponds to the original design. We carry out the adjustment of the fixtures & atmosphere setting with a smile once your project is finally delivered.
