Lighting design or lighting advice?
Depending on the type of project, INTI is your partner for lighting design, lighting advice or both.
- If the lighting points have not yet been determined, often in the case of new construction or major renovations, we create a lighting design (with or without a lighting study).
- When the lighting points are already determined, mostly a (smaller) renovation or refreshment of outdated lighting, we provide lighting advice.
Lighting design
In consultation with the client and (interior) architect, INTI's lighting designer creates a comprehensive lighting design with a quotation for the entire home/office/restaurant, etc. We conduct a lighting study to calculate the quantity and type of light required, determine the lighting points and propose suitable fixtures based on sketches and visualizations (2D & 3D). We prepare technical specifications and installation details for smooth implementation on-site. Once your project is finalized, we happily ensure proper adjustment of the fixtures and set the ambiance of the home automation system.
Preliminary design
In our experiential space, INTI's skilled lighting designer listens to the needs and desired atmosphere of your project. Based on the plans, photos and mood board, we discuss the look & feel and technical aspects that form the foundation for the preliminary design.
Design
Based on the approved preliminary design, we finalize the lighting plan and present it together with the image files, the quotation for the lighting fixtures, technical components and home automation.
Execution
The work progresses, and we prepare a comprehensive technical execution plan (installation documents, detailed drawings and labeling) for the contractor and installer. This ensures that we oversee a flawless and smooth installation of the lighting.
Follow-up
Our technical team monitors the progress of the work on-site (correct installation, connections, adjustments etc.). Only than, we can guarantee that the final result complies with the original design.
