The transformation of the Polytoren is a powerful example of vision and collaboration. Once a bustling polymer factory (1955–2012), it is now a dynamic office hub that honours its industrial heritage while embracing sustainability, creativity, and well-being. It’s no surprise that the project was nominated for the RES Awards 2024 in the category Best Commercial Development and the MIPIM Awards 2025 in the category Best Conversion Project.

The top two floors of the Polytoren house the headquarters of the family-owned investment company Dovesco. INTI’s lighting design is fully tailored to the interior concept: a homely atmosphere as a guiding principle, refined with a functional finish. With employee well-being at its core, the workspace – including private offices, breakout rooms, and meeting spaces – was designed to offer optimal lighting support. Carefully highlighted artworks, premium finishes, and a relaxed ambiance in the informal areas lend the interior an extra touch of character.
