Housed in a stately, restored doctor’s residence, Grain Design Office has crafted an interior where classic elegance meets contemporary refinement. The result is an intimate restaurant with 35 covers, an exclusive Chef’s Table for private dining, and five luxurious hotel rooms - all under the culinary helm of chef Thijs Vervloet.

INTI was engaged as lighting consultant and supplier to elevate the experience even further. We provided soft, indirect illumination that highlights the architectural lines, precision accents that bring the art collection to life, and carefully curated decorative fixtures that complement the “Grain Collection,” a selection of vintage lighting classics. This layered lighting scheme bathes Maison Colette in a warm glow and subtle drama, giving every space - from restaurant to hotel suite - a timeless, inviting ambiance.
