Project MS in Knokke embodies Grain Design Office's refined signature in a coastal apartment. Warm suede hues, rich timber and textured stone establish a restrained vintage language attuned to the shifting light of the North Sea. Full height glazing dissolves the boundary between interior and horizon inviting natural luminosity into every space.

INTI's team enriched the concept by layering precise architectural and decorative lighting accentuating material depth and guiding the visual rhythm throughout the apartment. Integrated niches softly illuminated shelving and continuous stone surfaces form a coherent backdrop, where light reveals detail without excess. The result is a private retreat defined by quiet sophistication and an enduring dialogue between craft material and context.
