HAUT, the embodiment of sensory experience. To fully showcase the exquisite dishes by chef Dimitri Proost, a dynamic lighting plan was implemented to enhance the overall experience. This plan focused on achieving perfect colour rendition of the culinary creations and complementing the refined, minimalist warm interior designed by TJIP. The decorative lighting had to remain subtle yet align perfectly with the philosophy of Belgium's highest restaurant, boasting breathtaking views of the sea and hinterland.
