For this refined Bruges restaurant, a unit of an old brush factory was thoroughly renovated, preserving its historical and industrial character. Chef Karen aims to create an accessible and homely atmosphere where everyone feels welcome. This is also reflected in the lighting design: we created a cosy atmosphere by illuminating the individual tables and putting emphasis on the architectural elements.
